Dear customers and Goddess of Destruction High Five, we remind you that on October 1-5, you have to pay for the extension of the support, in order to avoid disconnection of customer service. the Extension support necessary to absolutely everyone who bought from us in the build up to the 1st of September. Everyone who has purchased the Assembly later to pay for the support will begin from November. Remind, the extension support GOD this month 10 000 rubles for standard support (solving problems in staffing a regular manner according to our priority via the bug report) and extended for 30 000 rubles (Extended support covers full priority in solving problems directly with the programmers on the same day). Extension support HF this month will be only 5, 000. Dear customers Goddess of Destruction, Tauti and Harmony, we would like to inform and remind. I told everybody that since September, the support assemblies YEAR is fully paid. Over those half a year is promised to bring the Assembly to the more or less proper kind of. Yes, there are still many problems in the Assembly, has a lot of work. But You all have seen our work, You saw how we tried to meet your expectations. And all these months were not in vain. I hope Your trust we deserved. But for the full podoliany support to the same extent or even to a greater extent the necessary funds. No team run for a long time for free. We need to hire 2 more programmers. All of You were a few months warned about this, I just remind. now: support assemblies GOD Tauti and Harmony for all customers begins to be paid from 1st September of this year. The amount of extension of the support package is 10 000 rubles per month.
